When I received an invitation to visit the Narbutas factory in Ukmergė, I hesitated momentarily. This company holds a special place in my heart, professionally and personally, as it brings back warm memories of a particular stage in my life. Seeing how Narbutas has grown, evolved, and changed over the years was intriguing and deeply meaningful.  

 

Technology and Sustainability: Impressive Progress

The moment I stepped into the factory, it was clear – Narbutas has transformed into a modern, innovative company operating at international standards. The expansive production spaces, filled with cutting-edge equipment and robotic solutions, highlight the company’s ability to adapt to the latest technologies. Everything operates seamlessly and with precision, from order management to product manufacturing.  

I was especially impressed by the variety of materials and designs. Narbutas’ commitment to creating aesthetically pleasing, ergonomic, and sustainable furniture, as well as climate protection and a focus on producing durable, high-quality products, is truly inspiring.  

 

New Products and Customer Experience

One of the highlights of the visit was the opportunity to be among the first to test upcoming product launches. At the factory’s showroom, we explored the entire range of office furniture and chair collections. We touched, rotated, and tested every item, thoroughly assessing its functionality and quality. Experiences like these equip us, as interior designers, to better convey to clients the aesthetic appeal of these products and their functionality, quality, and added value.  

 

Inspiration to Grow  

Visiting the Narbutas factory was a professional experience and a source of inspiration. Witnessing the company’sdedication to its goals and attention to quality and responsibility motivates me to keep pushing forward. It fuels my passion for contributing to the creation of unique, sustainable, and functional interiors.  

 

I am deeply grateful to the Narbutas team for their warm welcome, well-organised day, and the opportunity to gain deeper insights into their work.
